   Ruian Yongjiu Standard Component Factory，Founded in 1984, we are a specialized and innovative fastener company integrating R&D, production, and manufacturing of various stamped parts such as spring washers, flat washers, external toothed washers, and external serrated washers. Our products are widely used in diverse fields such as automobile manufacturing, precision electronic components, aerospace precision components, medical devices, and building hardware.

   Production capacity and scale：
   With over forty years of experience in the industry, the company has continuously iterated its production processes and insisted on independent innovation. Its products are sold in more than 20 countries and regions at home and abroad, with an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons.    The factory covers an area of over 20 acres, with a standardized production workshop area of 20,000 square meters. It currently has more than 100 employees, equipped with a professional technical R&D team and a standardized production workforce.    Exclusive process and technological advantages:
   The company is the only manufacturer in China to use laser cutting technology to mass-produce spring washers,completely overcoming the long-standing pain points of traditional stamping processes: overlapping cuts, burr residue, uneven elasticity, poor batch consistency, and other common industry problems.
   The company produces spring washers, flat washers, external toothed washers, and external serrated washers with dimensional accuracy down to the micrometer level and dimensional tolerances controllable within 0.05mm. Specifications cover the full size range from M1.2 to M30. It is the only manufacturer in China and one of the few globally with stable mass production capabilities for M1.2-grade miniature spring washers. The precision and stability of its finished products are among the best in the world, significantly improving the elasticity, flatness, and assembly adaptability of the washers, filling a technological gap in the miniature washer field.

   The company owns its core brand 「jutai」 and its products cover a full range of standard/non-standard and various special materials, while also supporting custom-made non-standard shapes.
       Spring Washer Series:Covering the full range of standards including Chinese national standard GB, international standard ISO, Japanese standard JIS B1251, German standard DIN 127B, American standard ASME/ANSI, British standard BS, saddle type, and wave type, and supporting the customization of various non-standard spring washers; raw materials include 65MN, 70/60/45 carbon steel, 304/316/321/310S stainless steel, phosphor bronze, pure titanium, titanium alloy and other special materials.
     Flat washers, external toothed washers, and external serrated washers series:Covers a full range of standards including Chinese national standard GB, international standard ISO, Japanese standard JIS B, German standard DIN, and American standard ASME/ANSI, and supports customization of various non-standard flat gaskets; raw materials include Q195/Q235 carbon steel, 304/316/321/310S stainless steel, brass, pure titanium, titanium alloy, etc.
